AST docgen: generate docs from code via /r/reactjs

So I whipped a little lib over the weekend with the purpose of generating docs from typescript declaration ASTs. I have a video demo of the thing here: https://youtu.be/WBqEIAFfxw0

At this time, I'm solely posting to gauge interest in a tool like this. I don't necessarily know if there is an audience for this so I'm sharing before polishing.
